The high temperature tolerance of the sensor allows direct measurement from hot process without the need for a sampling system and sample conditioning. The wide dynamic rage of the measurement in DMT345 and DMT346 is unique: Measurements can be made from -40 °C frost point up to +100 °C dew point, with dry-bulb temperatures ranging up to 350 °C.

Digital Humidity Module

The Vaisala HUMICAP® Digital Humidity Module HMM105 is an open frame module for integration into environmental chambers. The modules provide an I2C output
for relative humidity (RH) or dew point (Td). The module consists of a detachable probe assembly – a probe head with M10x1 threads and a flex cable – and the module circuit board. The probe assembly is 30 cm in length. The module incorporates the Vaisala HUMICAP® 180R sensor which ensures excellent measurement accuracy.

Condensation-resistant Vaisala DMT340 is designed for industrial low-humidity applications such as industrial drying, compressed air systems, semiconductor industry, dry rooms, baking ovens, and metal heat treatment to provide accurate and reliable measurement.

Flagship Humidity and Temperature Transmitter

Vaisala HMT330 series are easy-to-use transmitters for demanding industrial and air conditioning applications. The transmitters measure relative humidity and temperature and from these calculate dew point and wet bulb temperature, mixing ratio and absolute humidity. They can be configured to the customer's requirements on the production line, but configuration and parameters can also be set by the user. The series has both analogue and serial outputs as well as several options: different cable lengths, power supply modules and serial interface modules as well as a local display.

Humidity & Temperature Transmitter - Wall Mounted

The two- and three-wire Vaisala INTERCAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMW80 is designed for use in energy management systems in buildings. They combine excellent stability with reliable operation. The HMW80 is easy to install: wire it to the terminal block at the transmitter bottom and close the housing with a snap-on lid to cover the electronics.

Humidity and Temperature Transmitter for Clean Room

The current loop-powered, two-wire transmitter is called the Vaisala HMT120 and the three-wire transmitter - with voltage and serial line outputs as well as a relay - is called the Vaisala HMT130. The new transmitters utilize the fully interchangeable HMP110 probe.

The transmitters replace with enhanced features the currently very successful HMT100 transmitters. The HMT120 and HMT130 transmitters are especially designed for cleanroom continuous monitoring systems and are very easy to clean. The housing is also durable for continuous exposure of cleanroom cleaning agents and the interchangeable measurement probe is equipped with the latest humidity sensor technology, the HUMICAP180R.

Humidity And Temperature Transmitters For Building Automation Applications

Vaisala INTERCAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMDW80 measure relative humidity and temperature in various building automation applications. Transmitters combine easy installation and reliable operation with a low requirement for maintenance.

The versatile Vaisala HMDW80 series includes transmitters for wall and duct mounting, IP65-classified transmitters for humid areas, and transmitters with a radiation shield for outdoor use. It also includes temperature-only transmitters and transmitters with an optional display.

Calculated humidity parameters –dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, and enthalpy – are also available.
