The Vaisala VDL200 is a secure Power-over-Ethernet data logger for monitoring temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide and analog or Boolean inputs in controlled and GxP-regulated environments.

Designed for the Vaisala viewLinc Continuous Monitoring System, the VDL200 combines interchangeable smart probes, onboard memory and battery backup to provide reliable, gap-free environmental monitoring.

The Vaisala CARBOCAP® Carbon Dioxide Probe GMP231 is designed to provide incubator manufacturers with accurate and reliable carbon dioxide measurements and sterilization durability at high temperatures, up to 180 °C. The GMP231 probe is based on Vaisala’s patented CARBOCAP® technology and a new type of infrared (IR) light source. 

>The GMP231 probe’s sensor performance is optimized at 5 % CO2  but the sensor measures CO2 up to 20 % with high accuracy. The GMP231 is t's installed through the incubator wall; only the IR sensor and optical components are exposed to the incubation environment. 

In addition, the GMP231 can measure pressure and temperature for CO2 measurement compensation purposes, ensuring the product remains stable and accurate in all CO2 incubation conditions.

The sensor is made of highly durable materials to achieve outstanding stability over both time and temperature. Since water vapor, dust, and most chemicals do not affect measurements, the GMP231 module is ideal for CO2 incubator environments.

Duct Mounted Vaisala Carbon Dioxide Transmitter Series GMD110 are specially designed for for high-accuracy measurements in HVAC applications. They are easy to install and require no maintenance.

The simple structure and reference measurement capabilities make this Single-Beam, Dual-Wavelength NDIR sensor extremely stable and reliable. The CO2 concentration is measured inside the duct without risks for leaks or wrong flow direction affecting the measurement. In addition, the measurement accuracy is not affected by dust, water vapor and most chemicals.  5-year warranty is valid for instruments purchased in 2021 and beyond.

Version D has a display. The duct units' compact sensor head design fits inside the ventilation duct, eliminating the risk of leaking gaskets and measurement errors.

The Vaisala CARBOCAP® Carbon Dioxide Probe GMP252 is an intelligent, stand-alone, ppm-level probe. It's intended for measuring CO2 in agriculture, refrigeration, greenhouses, demanding HVAC applications, and for plant growth chamber manufacturers. It is suitable for harsh and humid CO2 measurement environments where stable and accurate ppm-level CO2 measurements are needed. The operating temperature range is -40 … +60 °C and the measurement range is 0 … 10 000 ppm CO2, and  even up to 30 000 ppm CO2  with a slightly reduced accuracy. 

The GMP252 can also be placed inside the Vaisala Radiation Shield DTR250 for measuring dynamically outdoor CO2 levels.

The GMP252 probe is part of the Indigo product family and can also be connected to the Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters to extend its features, for example, for a display or relays.

The GMP252 can also be used with with the free Insight PC Software.
