Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP8 is designed for pressurized applications in compressed air systems, refrigerant dryers, and other pressurized industrial applications where easy insertion and removal of the probe and adjustable installation depth into the pipeline are needed.

The HMP8 is part of the Indigo product family and compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters and free Insight PC Software.

Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP4

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP4 is designed for high-pressure applications such as compressed air systems in maritime, breathing air, and industrial applications, where measurement performance and chemical tolerance are essential. 

HMP4 is part of the Indigo family and is compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters. It can be used with Vaisala Insight PC software for data visualization, easy probe configuration, and field calibration.

Vaisala Indigo300 Transmitter is a host device for displaying measurement values from Vaisala Indigo-compatible probes and/or transmitting them to automation systems through analog signals.

The Vaisala Indigo, Indigo 510, Indigo 520 transmitter has 4 analog channels that can be configured to mA or voltage type and 2 configurable relays. The Vaisala Indigo510 has 2 analog channels. Any of the output parameters from the connected probes can be assigned to control the analog channels and relays. Digital output protocol is Modbus TCP/IP over Ethernet. Besides Modbus TCP/IP, the transmitter's Ethernet connection provides a web interface and cyber-security that meets the modern standards

The touchscreen display provides local data visualization and easy access to probe configuration. The transmitter also extends the options for connectivity, supply voltage and wiring, compared to using just a smart probe. It also provides mechanical support when wall-mount probe installation is preferred.​ Rugged IP66- and NEMA4-rated  metal enclosure ensures reliable performance even in the harshest conditions.

The Indigo-compatible smart probes include humidity probes (HMP1, HMP3, HMP4, HMP5, HMP7, HMP8 and HMP9), dew point probes (DMP5, DMP6, DMP7 and DMP8),  carbon dioxide probes (GMP251 and GMP252), moisture in oil probe (MMP8), temperature probe (TMP1), and vaporized hydrogen peroxide probes (HPP270). The Indigo520 is also compatible with MHT410 Moisture, Hydrogen and Temperature Transmitter for power transformer online monitoring

The Indigo520 dual-probe support allows simultaneous measurements with two Vaisala Indigo-compatible probes for humidity, temperature, dew point temperature, carbon dioxide, vaporized hydrogen peroxide, and moisture in oil measurements. If you need just one probe, the Indigo510 is an ideal choice.

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP7 is designed for applications which involve constant high humidity or rapid changes in humidity such as drying and test chambers, combustion air and other humidifiers and meteorological measurements where measurement performance and chemical tolerance are essential. The HMP7 is part of the Indigo product family and compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters and free Insight PC Software.

The wall-mounted Vaisala GMW90 Series CARBOCAP® Carbon Dioxide, Temperature and Humidity Transmitters are especially suited for green building projects and demand controlled ventilation. The devices measure carbon dioxide and temperature and have an option for an additional humidity measurement.

The instruments come with a calibration certificate that meets traceability and compliance requirements. Traceability is easily maintained with field-exchangeable intelligent measurement modules. The transmitter can be blended into the interior design of the space where it is installed using the optional decorative cover.

The current loop-powered, two-wire transmitter is called the Vaisala HMT120 and the three-wire transmitter - with voltage and serial line outputs as well as a relay - is called the Vaisala HMT130. The new transmitters utilize the fully interchangeable HMP110 probe.

The transmitters replace with enhanced features the currently very successful HMT100 transmitters. The HMT120 and HMT130 transmitters are especially designed for cleanroom continuous monitoring systems and are very easy to clean. The housing is also durable for continuous exposure of cleanroom cleaning agents and the interchangeable measurement probe is equipped with the latest humidity sensor technology, the HUMICAP180R.

Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP1

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP1 is designed for measuring ambient measurement in indoor spaces. HMP1 can be directly connected to Indigo200 series transmitters to form a single wall-mounted unit. Its probe head and body are integrated to a single unit and it uses the miniature 5 mm (0.2 in) diameter HUMICAP® sensor and head for great stability and fast response time.

Vaisala HMT330 series are easy-to-use transmitters for demanding industrial and air conditioning applications. The transmitters measure relative humidity and temperature and from these calculate dew point and wet bulb temperature, mixing ratio and absolute humidity.

They can be configured to the customer's requirements on the production line, but configuration and parameters can also be set by the user. The series has both analogue and serial outputs as well as several options: different cable lengths, power supply modules and serial interface modules as well as a local display.

The Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP9 is designed for easy installation in rapidly changing environments where a fast response time, measurement performance, and chemical tolerance are essential. The compact size enables installation even in tight spaces, with the probe head only 5 mm (0.2 in) in diameter.

The HMP9 complements the Indigo product family and is ideal for applications such as inlet monitoring in dryers, air handling units, data centers, test chambers, and other humidity measurement applications with temperatures under 120 °C (248 °F) that don’t involve high pressure. The HMP9 is compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters and Insight PC Software.

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP3 is a general-purpose probe designed for processes with moderate humidity and temperature levels. The probe structure allows the sensor to be replaced in the field without tools, making it suitable for applications such as industrial HVAC systems, paint booths, cleanrooms, environmental chambers, and applications where periodic recalibration is not sufficient for maintenance.
