Oil Moisture Transmitter MMT330 Series

Series for Vaisala Oil Moisture Transmitter MMT330 enables fast and reliable detection of moisture in oil. The MMT330 can be used in on-line moisture monitoring and as a control device, allowing separators and oil driers to be started only when needed. Proper monitoring saves both oil and the environment. Smart Compact Humidity and Temperature Probe for rapidly changing environments HMP9

The Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP9 is designed for easy installation in rapidly changing environments where a fast response time, measurement performance, and chemical tolerance are essential. The compact size enables installation even in tight spaces, with the probe head only 5 mm (0.2 in) in diameter.

The HMP9 complements the Indigo product family and is ideal for applications such as inlet monitoring in dryers, air handling units, data centers, test chambers, and other humidity measurement applications with temperatures under 120 °C (248 °F) that don’t involve high pressure. The HMP9 is compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters and Insight PC Software.

Vaisala DRYCAP®  Dew Point and Temperature Probe DMP5 is designed for in-line humidity measurement in industrial drying applications with high temperatures and a wide dew point range. The long and robust steel probe and optional installation flange allow easy installation with adjustable depth to reach through insulation, for example in ovens.

DMP5 incorporates the Vaisala DRYCAP® sensor, which is accurate, reliable, and stable. The sensor is condensation-resistant and immune to particulate contamination, oil vapor, and most chemicals. Sensor warming minimizes the risk of condensation accumulating on the sensor. If the DRYCAP® sensor does get wet, it dries rapidly and recovers its swift response time. In low-humidity conditions the sensor will auto-calibrate to ensure accurate measurement.

DMP5 is part of the Indigo family and is compatible with the Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters. It can be used with Vaisala Insight PC software for data visualization, easy probe configuration, and self-calibration.

Vaisala DRYCAP® Dew Point and Temperature Probe DMP6 is designed for in-line humidity measurement in industrial drying applications with very high temperatures and a wide dew point range. A high temperature tolerance is achieved using a passive cooling set that conducts heat away from the probe and reduces the temperature to within the optimal range for the sensor.

DMP6 incorporates the Vaisala DRYCAP® sensor, which is accurate, reliable, and stable. The sensor is condensation-resistant and immune to particulate contamination, oil vapor, and most chemicals. Vaisala DRYCAP® Dew Point and Temperature Probe DMP8 is designed for industrial low-humidity applications with pressure up to 40 bars. Typical applications include industrial drying, compressed air systems, and applications in the semiconductor industry.

DMP8 can be installed in a 1/2" NPT or ISO thread with adjustable insertion depth. An optional ball-valve installation kit allows the probe to be inserted or detached from a pressurized line.

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP3 is a general-purpose probe designed for processes with moderate humidity and temperature levels. Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP1 is designed for measuring ambient measurement in indoor spaces. HMP1 can be directly connected to Indigo200 series transmitters to form a single wall-mounted unit. Its probe head and body are integrated to a single unit and it uses the miniature 5 mm (0.2 in) diameter HUMICAP® sensor and head for great stability and fast response time.

Vaisala HUMICAP® Moisture in Oil Probe MMP8 enables fast and reliable measurement of moisture in oil. It uses the proven Vaisala HUMICAP® sensor that was developed for demanding moisture measurements in transformer and lubrication oils, hydraulic fluids, and other liquids.

MMP8 measures dissolved moisture in oil in terms of water activity (aw), relative saturation (%RS), and temperature (T). It also calculates ppm concentration for specific oils.

Vaisala DL1000-1400 is a high-accuracy temperature data logger. Ideal for ultra-low temperature freezers, fridges, cold rooms in regulated environments, the DL1000-1400 temperature logger provides stable, reliable measurements. With a measurement range from -90 °C to +70 °C and stable accuracy at ±0.10°C, the DL1000-1400 series can take up to four inputs for monitoring or mapping temperatures in that range. Vaisala Indigo200 Series host devices are part of Vaisala Indigo product family and intended for Vaisala's intelligent, stand-alone humidity probes (HMP1, HMP3, HMP4, HMP5, HMP7, HMP8 and HMP9), dew point probes (DMP5, DMP6, DMP7 and DMP8), temperature probe (TMP1), CO2 probes (GMP251 and GMP252), moisture in oil probe MMP8, as well as our vaporized hydrogen peroxide probe series HPP270: including HPP271 to measure hydrogen peroxide vapor (ppm), or the HPP272 to measure hydrogen peroxide vapor (ppm), temperature, and humidity (relative humidity and relative saturation). The HPP272 probe includes other calculated parameters such as dew point and vapor pressure measurements.

Typical applications for the Indigo200 include industrial and compressed air drying, life science incubators, hatchers and setters, greenhouses, cold storage & refrigeration, food transportation, CO2 safety, hydraulic and lubrication oil monitoring, demanding HVAC such as animal shelters, swimming pools, parking garages, and facilities using vaporized hydrogen peroxide decontamination.

The Vaisala Indigo520 transmitter with dual-probe and multi-parameter support is a host device for Vaisala Indigo-compatible, stand-alone smart probes. The transmitter offers many additional features to the Indigo probes. 

The touchscreen display provides local data visualization and easy access to probe configuration. The transmitter also extends the options for connectivity, supply voltage and wiring, compared to using just a smart probe. It also provides mechanical support when wall-mount probe installation is preferred.​ Rugged IP66- and NEMA4-rated  metal enclosure ensures reliable performance even in the harshest conditions.

The Indigo-compatible smart probes include humidity probes (HMP1, HMP3, HMP4, HMP5, HMP7, HMP8 and HMP9), dew point probes (DMP5, DMP6, DMP7 and DMP8),  carbon dioxide probes (GMP251 and GMP252), moisture in oil probe (MMP8), temperature probe (TMP1), and vaporized hydrogen peroxide probes (HPP270). The Vaisala HMT140 wireless data logger is designed for humidity, temperature and analog signal monitoring in warehouses, freezer and cryogenic farms, laboratories, blood banks and many other life science applications.

The Vaisala HMT140 incorporates Vaisala HUMICAP® technology to measure relative humidity and temperature accurately and reliably. The Vaisala HUMICAP sensor is resistant to dust and most chemicals. Alternatively, the Vaisala HMT140 can connect to Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs), Voltage, Current and Contact sensors, making the Vaisala HMT140 the most versatile Vaisala data logger for life science applications.

Wind Speed, Wind Direction / Weather Transmitter WXT530 Series

The Vaisala WXT530 is a series of weather instruments that provides six of the most important weather parameters, which are air pressure, temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed and direction through various combinations.

With the help of the built in analog to digital converters, you can turn the Vaisala Weather Transmitter WXT530 into a small, cost effective weather parameter hub. Additional parameters include the solar radiation and external temperature sensor. Further, the analog mA output for wind speed and direction enables wide variety of industrial applications.

The WXT530 Series has a unique Vaisala solid state sensor technology. The precipitation measurement is based on the unique acoustic Vaisala RAINCAP Sensor without flooding, clogging, wetting, and evaporation losses.
