Differential Pressure Transmitter DMG5
Kalinsky differential pressure gauge / differential pressure transmitter DMG5 was developed for supervising overpressure of cleanrooms.
A differential pressure sensor range +/- 50 Pa, red LED-display, alarm-lamp, signal horn, analogue output 0-10 V and 4-20 mA for connection with data logger, 2 switching outputs with adjustable threshold value and an additional circuitry to store the alarm message at increasing pressure in the normal range after fall back of the threshold value of the switching output are included.
By using of a red button at the front its possible to reset the alarm message. A software controlled signal damping for display and switching outputs can selected by 10 steps.

Leak Detector LD400
If gases escape through leaks in piping systems (e.g. untight screwed connections, corrosions and so on) ultrasonic noises are generated. By means of LD 400 even the smallest leakages which cannot be heard by the human ear can be detected even from distances of several meters. LD 400 transforms the inaudible signals into a frequency which can be identified. By means of the comfortable sound-proof headset these noises can be realized even in extremely noisy environments.
Due to a particularly designed acoustic trumpet a better focusing of the acoustic waves is achieved. This acoustic trumpet acts like a directional microphone while interfering ambient noises are cushioned and the accurate localization of the leakages is eased even in areas which are difficult to access.

SPI Magnetic Flowmeter
Electromagnetic flow meters detect flow by using Faraday's Law of induction.
Inside an electromagnetic flow meter, there is an electromagnetic coil that generates a magnetic field, and electrodes that capture electromotive force(voltage). Due to this, although it may appear as if there is nothing inside the flow pipe of an electromagnetic flow meter, flow can be measured.
SPI Oval Gear Flowmeter
Oval gear flowmeters are categorised as positive displacement flow technology. When liquid flows through this type of positive displacement flowmeter, two oval geared rotors measure a constant volume per rotation within a precisely machined measuring chamber.
With each rotation, a constant volume of liquid is measured. The rotation of the oval gears is sensed via magnets embedded within the rotors. These magnets transmit a high resolution pulse output. The output signal can be process externally via a remote display controller or PLC or via a variety of output/display options available as accessories attached to the flowmeters.
The positive displacement flow technology allows for precise flow measurement of most clean liquids regardless of the media conductivity. Other liquid properties also have a minimal effect on the performance of this type of meter. Flow profile conditioning is not required as with alternative flow technology options making oval gear installations simple to install in tight spaces and at an economical price.
