Anritsu CR Series Soldering Iron Temperature Probes
Anritsu CR Series probes measure the temperature of soldering-iron tips. Choose the sensing element according to the tip diameter, then match the thermocouple type and connection to your temperature instrument.
Tip-temperature checks provide a measured reference when reviewing soldering conditions. The contact arrangement matters: select the correct probe size and follow the instrument’s measurement procedure for consistent readings.

The published response time is based on reaching 99% of the temperature change in boiling water or vapour; it is not a guaranteed soldering-tip settling time. The sensing-element temperature limit does not establish the allowable temperature of the cable, base or connector.

CRB Base and Thermometer Connection
The Anritsu CRB Series base connects CR probes to thermometers other than the HS Series soldering-iron temperature gauges. If you are using a separate handheld thermometer, confirm the base, thermocouple type and plug configuration as part of the complete arrangement.
