The Anritsu SHEATH Series measures internal temperatures in liquids, air and gases. Its bendable sheathed construction helps position the sensing section where a straight probe would be difficult to install.

M2 and M3 are Type K options. The 0.25 and 0.5 mm sizes use Type K with Inconel. Check all requested combinations before placing an order.

Response figures are Anritsu’s published values; actual settling time depends on the medium and installation. Check the combined sheath and cable resistance against the measuring instrument’s allowable source resistance.
The published thermocouple tolerance is ±2.5°C from −40°C to below 333°C, then ±0.75% of the absolute temperature in °C within the applicable tolerance range. This does not extend the temperature rating of the selected sheath.
The references below retain the configurations listed on the Seacom page. They omit cable and connector details, so a complete order code must be confirmed. Listing a reference does not indicate stock availability.
