The Anritsu UX Series measures the temperature of moving and rotating surfaces. Its flexible head and contact-support mechanism help maintain contact and reduce shaking during measurement.
The Anritsu UX Series measures temperature by contacting a moving or rotating surface. Its flexible head and contact-support mechanism help the sensing element follow the target and reduce shaking during measurement.
| Type K ordering example | Temperature range | Response time |
|---|---|---|
| UX-111K-01-D0-1-TC1-ANP | −50 to 250°C | 2 seconds |
| UX-211K-01-D0-1-TC1-ANP | −50 to 250°C | 3.5 seconds |
| UX-113K-02-D0-1-TC1-ANP | −50 to 250°C | 2 seconds |
| UX-221K-00-D0-1-TC1-ANP | −50 to 200°C | 3.5 seconds |
Anritsu also lists corresponding Type E configurations. Published tolerance for these examples is ±2.5°C at a 100°C surface. Response times refer to the manufacturer's test conditions.
Confirm the complete model code before ordering. The tolerance at 100°C is not a full-range accuracy specification, and actual performance depends on surface condition, speed and contact.

Surface speed and contact arrangement must be checked for the selected configuration. Friction and wear can affect the measurement, so a temperature rating alone is not enough to establish suitability.
Confirm the input type and connector when combining a probe and instrument.
Send Seacom the target material, dimensions, surface speed, temperature range and instrument model. Include a photograph of the measurement point or the full model code of your existing probe.
