Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP8 is designed for pressurized applications in compressed air systems, refrigerant dryers, and other pressurized industrial applications where easy insertion and removal of the probe and adjustable installation depth into the pipeline are needed.

The HMP8 is part of the Indigo product family and compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters and free Insight PC Software.

EDL Practi-Cal (PRI) Dry Well / Surface Calibrator (PRI) allows for easy testing and verification of virtually any size or shaped surface and insertion-style sensor – in one compact package. Utilizing an interchangeable dry well system, this calibrator has a uniform flat surface alongside a custom drilled insertion dry well. The PRI is ideal for use in the lab or in the field. It weighs in at under 30lbs., and can be taken virtually anywhere.

EDL offers a complete line of stirred liquid bath calibrators for temperatures from –40 °C up to 550 °C. The Ultra Bath has the highest stability and uniformity possible in any bath. We offer three standard bath models based on the specified temperature range.

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMD110, HMW110, HMS110 series measure relative humidity and temperature in multiple HVAC applications.

The series includes transmitters for duct mounting HMD110, IP65-classified wall transmitters, and outdoor transmitters with integrated radiation shieldsHMS110.

Vaisala HMD110, HMW110, HMS110 series transmitters are equipped with trusted HUMICAP® 180R sensors. They are individually adjusted and delivered with a calibration certificate. The factory calibration is traceable to NIST.

Transmitters can be field-calibrated using either an HM70 Hand-Held Humidity and Temperature Meter, or a PC connection.

Vaisala INTERCAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMD80 HMW80 HMS80 measure relative humidity and temperature in various building automation applications. Transmitters combine easy installation and reliable operation with a low requirement for maintenance.

The versatile Vaisala HMDW80 series includes transmitters for wall and duct mounting, IP65-classified transmitters for humid areas, and transmitters with a radiation shield for outdoor use. It also includes temperature-only transmitters and transmitters with an optional display.

Calculated humidity parameters –dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, and enthalpy are also available.

EDL’s Single Black Body (SBB) IR Calibrators were designed for easy and reliable testing of virtually any in line or handheld infrared pyrometer/gun. The Single Black Body (SBB) is used for applications requiring only one temperature range. Lightweight and compact, the SBB is ideal for use in the lab or in the field. Units are available to cover the most tested temperatures: SBB-1 (low-range) accommodates temperatures from -30 °C up to 110 °C, SBB-2 (mid-range) accommodates temperatures from ambient up to 350 °C, and SBB-3 (high-range) accommodates temperatures from ambient up to 650 °C.

For use up to zone 0 and 20

The intrinsically safe Vaisala  HMT370EX is the ideal solution for use in hazardous areas up to zone 0 and 20. In addition to measuring relative humidity and temperature, the transmitter outputs also other humidity parameters: dew point temperature, wet-bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, water concentration, water mass fraction, water vapor pressure, and enthalpy. Special models for moisture in oil and jet fuel measurements are available.

Typical applications include fuel storage tanks, manufacturing of chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food, biogas production' paint booths and any other industry or process where intrinsically safe humidity or moisture in oil measurement is required.

Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP1
for wall mounting humidity and temperature applications with exchangeable sensor

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP1 is designed for measuring ambient measurement in indoor spaces. HMP1 can be directly connected to Indigo200 series transmitters to form a single wall-mounted unit. Its probe head and body are integrated to a single unit and it uses the miniature 5 mm (0.2 in) diameter HUMICAP® sensor and head for great stability and fast response time.  

HMP1 is part of the Indigo family and is compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters. It can be used with Vaisala Insight PC software for data visualization, easy probe configuration, and field calibration.

The Vaisala HMW90 Series has been complemented with four new models: TMW92 and TMW93 temperature transmitters for applications where only temperature measurement is needed and the configurable HMW90 and TMW90 for special scalings.

The HMW90 and TMW90 transmitters are available in four color options: standard white, black, grey and ivory.

The Vaisala HM40 is a compact, robust and affordable hand-held meter for various portable measurement applications. It is an ideal spot-checking tool that is easy to use and provides reliable measurement. The HM40 hand-held utilizes the interchangeable HMP110 probe that was launched earlier this year and is equipped with the latest humidity sensor technology, the HUMICAP® 180R.

Vaisala HMT360 humidity and temperature transmitter is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The electronics are designed so that the transmitter is intrinsically safe. The whole transmitter can be installed directly into an explosive area, even into areas classified as having a constant risk of explosion (Zone 0). HMT360 fulfils all requirements of current standards. The microprocessor-based HMT360 is easy to install, maintain and calibrate due to its modular structure. The interchangeable probes are easy to remove and enable on-site calibration. They make the HMT360 series versatile and ensure its suitability for almost any application
