Anritsu ACSII Series Surface and Internal Temperature Calibrators

The Anritsu ACSII Series provides controlled temperature sources for checking and calibrating contact temperature probes. Choose a surface model for contact-head probes, an internal model for insertion probes, or a combined system for both tasks.

A suitable calibration setup helps you compare measurements at repeatable temperature points. Select the system according to your probe geometry, required range and calibration procedure.

Key Features

  • Four models covering surface, internal or combined calibration.
  • 30 to 300°C range for ACSII-1000; 30 to 500°C for the other models.
  • PID control with automatic tuning.
  • Separate control and calibration units.
  • Internal calibration models with eight holes made to specified dimensions.

Supplied Accessories

  • Power, heater and sensor cables.
  • Instruction manual and test report.
  • ACSII-1000 / ACSII-2000: protective calibration-block cover.
  • ACSII-3000 / ACSII-4000: Pt100 standard calibration sensor.

Selecting the Right Calibration Setup

  • Surface probes: check head size, shape and the contact method on the calibration surface.
  • Insertion probes: provide shaft diameters and usable insertion lengths so the hole arrangement can be specified.
  • Temperature points: choose points relevant to your normal measurements and acceptance limits.
  • Workspace: allow adequate bench capacity and room for the separate controller and calibration unit.
  • Documentation: specify the reference calibration, traceability and reporting required by your quality procedure.

A supplied test report does not by itself establish an accredited calibration service. Agree the required documentation and measurement uncertainty before ordering.
