The Sato SK-L750 Series provides portable, configurable recording for temperature or temperature and humidity, with interchangeable probes, local display, USB communication and microSD data transfer.
The Sato SK-L750 Series records environmental or process measurements for later review on a Windows PC. Choose the SK-L751 for two temperature channels or the SK-L754 when temperature and relative humidity must be recorded together.
Both instruments store 16,000 readings per channel, display the current measurements locally and support USB communication, microSD transfer, scheduled recording, upper and lower warning limits and four memory-management modes. Interchangeable probes allow one logger to be adapted to different locations and measurement tasks.

| Selection point | SK-L751 | SK-L754 |
|---|---|---|
| Primary measurement | Temperature | Temperature and relative humidity |
| Measurement channels | Two temperature channels | One temperature and one humidity channel |
| Maximum measurement range | −40 to +105 °C, depending on connected probe | Temperature −20 to +80 °C and humidity 5 to 95 %RH, depending on connected probe |
| Probe choice | Plug-in, corded, sleeve, high-temperature, grip and immersion configurations | Plug-in or corded temperature-humidity probe |
| Ingress protection | IP65 with compatible corded SK-L751 probes and without the AC adapter | No waterproof rating |
| Typical applications | Cold storage, refrigerators, freezers, equipment, liquids and two-point temperature comparison | Rooms, warehouses, laboratories, production areas and storage environments |
| Catalogue number | 8800-00 | 8870-00 |
Probes are ordered separately. The measuring range, accuracy, response, cable and environmental suitability are determined by the selected probe—not by the logger alone.

|---|---|---|
| Once | Records until the 16,000-reading memory is full, then stops | A defined study where existing data must not be overwritten |
| Repeatedly | Returns to the beginning and overwrites the oldest readings when memory is full | Keeping the most recent measurement history |

| By page | Divides memory into four pages of 4,000 readings | Recording several locations or test periods separately with one logger |
The SK-L751 accepts two thermistor temperature probes. It can monitor two locations simultaneously, compare product and air temperature, or record two points within the same process. The available probes cover general ambient measurement, remote sensing, surface or sleeve arrangements and immersion duties.
| SK-L751 probe | Construction | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| SK-L751-1 | Plug-in probe; −10 to +60 °C | Air temperature immediately around the logger |
| SK-L751-2 | Probe with 1.6 m sensor cable | Remote room, cabinet, refrigerator or equipment measurement |
| SK-L751-21 / -22 | Sleeve probe; standard or silicone-cable version | Temperature measurement where a protected probe stem is helpful |
| SK-L751-23 / -24 | High-temperature sleeve probe with silicone cable | Higher-temperature equipment and process locations within the selected probe rating |
| SK-L751-25 | Resin-grip probe with silicone cable | Hand-positioned or general-purpose process checks |
| SK-L751-31 / -32 | Immersion probe; standard or silicone-cable version | Compatible liquids and immersion measurement |

The SK-L754 records one temperature and one relative-humidity channel from a combined interchangeable probe. It is suited to warehouses, laboratories, offices, production rooms, display areas and other clean, non-condensing environments.
| SK-L754 probe | Temperature range | Humidity range | Recommended use |
|---|---|---|---|
| SK-L754-1 | −10 to +60 °C | 5 to 95 %RH | Compact plug-in measurement beside the logger |
| SK-L754-2 | −20 to +80 °C | 5 to 95 %RH | Remote measurement using the 1.6 m sensor cable |
The SK-L754 probes are not waterproof and must not be immersed or exposed to condensation. Use the optional replaceable sensor filter in dusty environments and place the probe where air can circulate around it.
Sato Datalogger for Windows is used to configure the instrument, download stored readings, display graphs and export data in CSV format. When the logger remains connected by USB, the software can also display measurements in real time.

Upper and lower warning limits can be configured for each measurement. When a limit is crossed, the alarm indicator illuminates and the display shows Hi or Lo. The indication clears when the reading returns within the configured limits.
A scheduled start time can be programmed in advance, and key lock helps prevent accidental operation while logging or waiting to start. Logged readings remain stored if the battery is exhausted or the power supply fails.
For longer unattended studies, use the optional AC adapter with batteries installed. The logger normally uses the AC supply and changes to battery power if the AC input is interrupted.
Standalone logger or continuous monitoring system? The SK-L750 Series is suitable for local recording and periodic manual data retrieval. For centralised monitoring, automatic alarm notification, audit trails and multi-site data management, select a purpose-built continuous monitoring system instead.
Calibration applies to the logger and selected probe as a measurement system. Keep each calibrated probe associated with its certificate and document any probe changes. The calibration interval should reflect the required accuracy, application risk, operating conditions and quality procedure.
