The EDL Ultra Bath (UB) Series provides a stirred temperature bath for comparison calibration of immersion thermometers and temperature probes. Its deep tank accommodates multiple sensors, helping laboratories organise calibration work around a shared temperature source.
Three models cover different operating ranges from −40°C to 550°C. Select the bath for your required calibration points; this combined range does not apply to a single model.

The bath medium must suit the selected model and operating temperatures. Confirm the supplied medium and its handling requirements when specifying the system.
The UB range is intended for suitable bimetal thermometers, liquid-in-glass thermometers, standard platinum resistance thermometers (SPRTs), platinum resistance thermometers (PRTs), RTDs and other immersion probes.
Check the probe's permissible immersion depth, construction and temperature rating. Keep connectors and components that are not designed for immersion outside the bath medium.

Display resolution is not calibration accuracy. Bath stability and uniformity depend on temperature and operating conditions; the complete measurement uncertainty also includes the reference instrument and calibration method.
