Whether you need to check a heated surface, measure a moving roller or record temperatures at several locations, choosing the right probe is just as important as choosing the thermometer.
Start with what you need to measure. A probe designed for a stationary metal surface may not be suitable for a moving roller, a liquid or the centre of a food product.
Send us the expected temperature range, the material you are measuring and whether the target is stationary or moving. A photo of the measurement location and your existing instrument or probe model can also help us review suitable options.

The Anritsu S Series includes surface temperature probes for different measurement tasks. Select the family according to the contact area, surface movement and probe support required.
The Anritsu ACSII Series provides controlled temperature sources for checking and calibrating surface and insertion temperature probes.
Select the model according to probe geometry, required temperature points and calibration requirements.
The Anritsu BT Series measures internal temperature by inserting a needle tip into semi-solid materials. Choose a fixed-needle or replaceable-needle configuration to suit your application.
The Anritsu CS Series features small sensing heads for contact temperature measurement on stationary surfaces, particularly where space limits the use of larger probes.
Select the sensing head and connection to suit the measurement point and thermometer.
The Anritsu HD Series is discontinued. The HR Series provides replacements for the main HD handheld thermometer models.
The Anritsu FL Series uses fiber optic probes to measure temperature in microwave, high-voltage and strong electromagnetic environments where conventional electrical probes may be unsuitable.
Probes are ordered separately. The usable temperature range depends on the selected probe.
Anritsu AR-6500 series infrared thermometers are capable of non-contact temperature measurement and come with contact type thermometer functions
The Anritsu AM-9000 Series records temperature from six or twelve thermocouple channels in one portable instrument. Choose a fixed thermocouple-type model or a flexible multi-input model for temperature and DC-voltage measurement.
The Anritsu AX Series measures stationary surface temperature using a flexible head with contact support. This helps the sensing element maintain contact with the target.
The Anritsu UX Series measures the temperature of moving and rotating surfaces. Its flexible head and contact-support mechanism help maintain contact and reduce shaking during measurement.
The Anritsu BC Series measures internal temperature in food, liquids and semi-solid materials. Its needle design reaches the measurement point inside the sample.
The Anritsu VA Series uses a clip-type sensing arrangement to measure heat-pipe surface temperature. Select the probe to suit the pipe dimensions and connected instrument.
