The Vaisala HUMICAP® Digital Humidity Module HMM105 is an open frame module for integration into environmental chambers. The modules provide an I2C output
for relative humidity (RH) or dew point (Td). The module consists of a detachable probe assembly – a probe head with M10x1 threads and a flex cable – and the module circuit board. The probe assembly is 30 cm in length. The module incorporates the Vaisala HUMICAP® 180R sensor which ensures excellent measurement accuracy.
Reliable for OEM’s
The Vaisala HMM105 probe head works in freezing conditions (-40 °C) and also in temperatures up to +180 °C in continuous use. In shorterm use, the probe head can be exposed to temperatures up to +200 °C. The Vaisala HMM105 is intended for OEM chamber manufacturers for integration into test chambers and incubators.
Compared to psychrometers, the Vaisala HMM105 is practically maintenance free. There is no wick that needs changing and there is no need for a water tank or water pump. Thus, environmental stress screening can be done reliably.
I2C interface for better usability
The HMM105 has an I2C interface for communicating with the incubator’s controller. The HMM105 implements I2C slave functionality, with the incubator’s controller acting as the master. The interface can be used to read measurement values and status information, set operation parameters, and make adjustments.

Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMDW110 measure relative humidity and temperature in multiple HVAC applications. The series includes transmitters for duct mounting, IP65-classified wall transmitters, and outdoor transmitters with integrated radiation shields.
Vaisala HMDW110 series transmitters are equipped with trusted HUMICAP® 180R sensors. They are individually adjusted and delivered with a calibration certificate. The factory calibration is traceable to NIST. Transmitters can be field-calibrated using either an HM70 Hand-Held Humidity and Temperature Meter, or a PC connection.

The Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP9 is designed for easy installation in rapidly changing environments where a fast response time, measurement performance, and chemical tolerance are essential. The compact size enables installation even in tight spaces, with the probe head only 5 mm (0.2 in) in diameter.
The HMP9 complements the Indigo product family and is ideal for applications such as inlet monitoring in dryers, air handling units, data centers, test chambers, and other humidity measurement applications with temperatures under 120 °C (248 °F) that don’t involve high pressure. The HMP9 is compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters and Insight PC Software.
The current loop-powered, two-wire transmitter is called the Vaisala HMT120 and the three-wire transmitter - with voltage and serial line outputs as well as a relay - is called the Vaisala HMT130. The new transmitters utilize the fully interchangeable HMP110 probe.
The transmitters replace with enhanced features the currently very successful HMT100 transmitters. The HMT120 and HMT130 transmitters are especially designed for cleanroom continuous monitoring systems and are very easy to clean. The housing is also durable for continuous exposure of cleanroom cleaning agents and the interchangeable measurement probe is equipped with the latest humidity sensor technology, the HUMICAP180R.
For use up to zone 0 and 20
The intrinsically safe Vaisala HMT370EX is the ideal solution for use in hazardous areas up to zone 0 and 20. In addition to measuring relative humidity and temperature, the transmitter outputs also other humidity parameters: dew point temperature, wet-bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, water concentration, water mass fraction, water vapor pressure, and enthalpy. Special models for moisture in oil and jet fuel measurements are available.
Typical applications include fuel storage tanks, manufacturing of chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food, biogas production' paint booths and any other industry or process where intrinsically safe humidity or moisture in oil measurement is required.
This next-generation HMT370EX transmitter replaces the long-running HMT360 transmitter series.

Vaisala HMT330 series are easy-to-use transmitters for demanding industrial and air conditioning applications. The transmitters measure relative humidity and temperature and from these calculate dew point and wet bulb temperature, mixing ratio and absolute humidity. They can be configured to the customer's requirements on the production line, but configuration and parameters can also be set by the user. The series has both analogue and serial outputs as well as several options: different cable lengths, power supply modules and serial interface modules as well as a local display.
The Vaisala HMW90 Series has been complemented with four new models: TMW92 and TMW93 temperature transmitters for applications where only temperature measurement is needed and the configurable HMW90 and TMW90 for special scalings. The HMW90 and TMW90 transmitters are available in four color options: standard white, black, grey and ivory.
