Vaisala HMT330 series are easy-to-use transmitters for demanding industrial and air conditioning applications. The transmitters measure relative humidity and temperature and from these calculate dew point and wet bulb temperature, mixing ratio and absolute humidity. They can be configured to the customer's requirements on the production line, but configuration and parameters can also be set by the user. The series has both analogue and serial outputs as well as several options: different cable lengths, power supply modules and serial interface modules as well as a local display.
for Vaisala's Smart Humidity, Temperature, Dew Point, Moisture in Oil, CO2 and H2O2 Probes
Vaisala Indigo200 Series host devices are part of Vaisala Indigo product family and intended for Vaisala's intelligent, stand-alone humidity probes (HMP1, HMP3, HMP4, HMP5, HMP7, HMP8 and HMP9), dew point probes (DMP5, DMP6, DMP7 and DMP8), temperature probe (TMP1), CO2 probes (GMP251 and GMP252), moisture in oil probe MMP8, as well as our vaporized hydrogen peroxide probe series HPP270: including HPP271 to measure hydrogen peroxide vapor (ppm), or the HPP272 to measure hydrogen peroxide vapor (ppm), temperature, and humidity (relative humidity and relative saturation). The HPP272 probe includes other calculated parameters such as dew point and vapor pressure measurements.
Looking for a transmitter with a metal enclosure? See Indigo500 series with dual-probe support and many more additional features.
Typical applications for the Indigo200 include industrial and compressed air drying, life science incubators, hatchers and setters, greenhouses, cold storage & refrigeration, food transportation, CO2 safety, hydraulic and lubrication oil monitoring, demanding HVAC such as animal shelters, swimming pools, parking garages, and facilities using vaporized hydrogen peroxide decontamination.
Indigo200 allows for easy evaluation and visualization of data, also wirelessly. The installation is uncomplicated, which saves time. Watch video on how to install Indigo201 and configure analog outputs. Also the probe types are interchangeable reducing downtime. The enclosure with an IP65 classification is safe for harsh environments and resistant to dust and most chemicals. The smooth surface of the enclosure makes cleaning easy.
The Vaisala HUMICAP® Digital Humidity Module HMM105 is an open frame module for integration into environmental chambers. The modules provide an I2C output
for relative humidity (RH) or dew point (Td). The module consists of a detachable probe assembly – a probe head with M10x1 threads and a flex cable – and the module circuit board. The probe assembly is 30 cm in length. The module incorporates the Vaisala HUMICAP® 180R sensor which ensures excellent measurement accuracy.
Sekonic ST-50M is microprocessor based thermohygrograph. Apart from measuring and recording temperature and relative humidity, it also has large LCD display and alarm output. Remote application is applicable with its electronic remote sensor. ST-50M comes with extra memory slot for digital recording and time printing on chart.
The Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP9 is designed for easy installation in rapidly changing environments where a fast response time, measurement performance, and chemical tolerance are essential. The compact size enables installation even in tight spaces, with the probe head only 5 mm (0.2 in) in diameter.
The HMP9 complements the Indigo product family and is ideal for applications such as inlet monitoring in dryers, air handling units, data centers, test chambers, and other humidity measurement applications with temperatures under 120 °C (248 °F) that don’t involve high pressure. The HMP9 is compatible with Indigo500 and Indigo200 series transmitters and Insight PC Software.
Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP1
for wall mounting
Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP1 is designed for measuring ambient measurement in indoor spaces. HMP1 can be directly connected to Indigo200 series transmitters to form a single wall-mounted unit. Its probe head and body are integrated to a single unit and it uses the miniature 5 mm (0.2 in) diameter HUMICAP® sensor and head for great stability and fast response time.
HMP1 is part of the Indigo product family and compatible with Indigo200 and Indigo500 Series Transmitters. HMP1 can also be used with the Vaisala Insight PC Software for data visualization, easy probe configuration and self-calibration.
For use up to zone 0 and 20
The intrinsically safe Vaisala HMT370EX is the ideal solution for use in hazardous areas up to zone 0 and 20. In addition to measuring relative humidity and temperature, the transmitter outputs also other humidity parameters: dew point temperature, wet-bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, water concentration, water mass fraction, water vapor pressure, and enthalpy. Special models for moisture in oil and jet fuel measurements are available.
Typical applications include fuel storage tanks, manufacturing of chemicals, pharmaceuticals and food, biogas production' paint booths and any other industry or process where intrinsically safe humidity or moisture in oil measurement is required.
This next-generation HMT370EX transmitter replaces the long-running HMT360 transmitter series.
The HMT370EX offers several probe options for different applications:
- HMP371 - for wall mounting
- HMP373 - for confined spaces
- HMP374 - for pressurized spaces
- HMP375 - for high temperature
- HMP377 - for high humidity
- HMP378 - for pressurized pipelines
Models for measuring moisture in oil and jet fuel:
- HMP378F - for moisture in oil
- HMP378H - for JET A-1 fuel
Vaisala's HMT360 humidity and temperature transmitter is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The electronics are designed so that the transmitter is intrinsically safe. The whole transmitter can be installed directly into an explosive area, even into areas classified as having a constant risk of explosion (Zone 0). HMT360 fulfils all requirements of current standards. The microprocessor-based HMT360 is easy to install, maintain and calibrate due to its modular structure. The interchangeable probes are easy to remove and enable on-site calibration. They make the HMT360 series versatile and ensure its suitability for almost any application.
Also suitable for measuring water activity of Jet Fuel
Humidity and Temperature Probe HMP3
for general purpose humidity and temperature applications with exchangeable sensor
